Autumn … Wine, Olive Oil and Pumpkins!

While the wine cellar continues to plow, the autumn season leads us to shift our forces to other products of the earth.

The extraordinary droughts and heat peaks recorded in late spring have compromised the allegation, the most important stage in which flowers begin their fruitful evolution, is expected to be an important drop in production but not in the quality of oil.
Manually harvesting Olives requires time and attention … the same attention we put to each stage of our work.
Meanwhile in the kitchen the pumpkins of our vegetable garden are transformed from the patients hands of Laura and Serpil in excellent Pumpkin Jam that will be served to our guests at breakfast or with cheeses during the tasting of our wines.
