‘La Compagnia del Calice (To)’ introduces Bulichella

The places available for the event are quickly sold out: A wine cellar, three stories and six wines: Val di Cornia di Bulichella organized by LA COMPAGNIA DEL CALICE in Turin.

On October 27 at 8.30pm our wines will be tasted in tune with typical products from Tuscany and Piemonte.

Tuscanio Bianco 2016 – Vermentino 100%, with criomaceration and fermentation at controlled temperature;

Afrodite Rosato 2016 – 100% Syrah, soft pressing followed by maceration on skins at low temperature;

Rubino 2015 -50% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 25 % Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, with refinement in stainless steel tanks and barriques;

Tuscanio Rosso 2014 – 100% Sangiovese, with oak tonneaux finishing;

Coldipietrerosse 2012 – 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, refinement in oak barrels;

Hide 2012 – 100% Syrah, with refinement in oak barrels.
