  • Towels changed every two days, and daily cleaning

SERVICES OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE TO APARTMENT GUESTS

  • Cooking utensils, bath, room, and kitchen linens
  • Towels changed mid-week, and final cleaning

SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR A CHARGE

  • Final apartment cleaning € 30.00 (not optional)
  • Crib € 15.00/week
  • Extra cleaning days (apartment) € 10.00
  • Extra towel change € 5.00
  • Extra linen change € 10.00
  • Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with final cleaning supplement.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

To book your stay, you must pay a 30% deposit on the total amount, by bank draft.
In the event of cancellation, at least 30 days’ notice in advance of the planned arrival date is needed for a total refund of the deposit.
Reception is open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM-12:30 PM/3:00-7:00 PM

Rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or apartments.
